LED Laminar deck jets are new to the pool market. They feature a 1 inch glass-like tube of water that is air and turbulance free. They are also lit up with led lights and create a very cool night time swimming atmosphere. They are capable of shooting up to 8 feet out and 8 feet up in the air. They are fed with pool water from your pool pump and require only 12 volt of electricity to power the energy efficient LED colour changing lights.
How they work: The pool water fed from your pool pump if forced through progressively smaller screens that remove the turbulence from the water. After the water is turbulence free, it is forced through a precision nozzle and at the same time the LED light is projected through the stream. The stream does not break up like water out of the end of a garden hose would with makes for a neat glass like stream effect.
About These Pictures: These pictures are from an indoor pool where we installed 4 Pentair Magic Stream Laminar LED deck jets. You can walk under the arches without even feeling a mist of water which is a neat feeling. There are multiple LED settings for the Laminar jets with a multiple array of colours.
